Strat Core Module Snare not consistent - Stick side blocking not consistent

Hey all,

I recently purchased a Strata Core kit and I am loving it.  I do have what appears to be an issue with the SNARE and it may be the module.  There is a setting on the module for side sticking or clicking (I think) anyway, I am trying to side stick for certain songs but all it seems to do is make a rimshot sound as opposed to a click or side block sound, regardless of the setting on the module.  Does anyone else have this issue?

I don't have a Strata kit (so I'm guessing), but I would bet it's the kit program you are using. Chances are the kit program on the module doesn't have a side stick sound. Try using a different kit.

Hi,

I don't have a Strata either, but I almost bought one. I believer there is a setting in Kit mode, where you can turn of knobs to select the snare rime sound to either side stick or rim click. Try that.
