Does the Yamaha dtxplorer have Velocity splits on the samples ?
Welcome to the Forum !
You won't find much info here for Yamaha as not much is compatibile with Alesis products including the wiring for the triggers.
There isn't much info available and the
DTXperience Forum was shutdown. It was archived but the spammers destroyed all the posts in the forum.
The DTXplorer was an entry level kit from around 15 years ago.It came with a basic sample base (192 voices) and didn't have the ability to import samples or audio sampling like the later models. There is no mention in the manual (attached) of any type of capability , even the MIDI note assignments are fixed and you can't change them. For the most part it is a basic drum module.
