Author Topic: Best Stand/table for laptop/cell phone for playing on the Alesis Strike?  (Read 155 times)

Getting the Strike, not the Strike Pro this week....I see videos with the laptop propped up to the left/back or even near the rack to the left of the hi-hate, but can't really tell what they are sitting their system on...anyone have some good links/products for this?  I want to be able to have my laptop reachable while sitting at the kit without having to kit up to use the Strike editor everytime...that will get tiresome...

Also any cell phone mounts sold that work with the Strike hardware decently that anyone uses? (for playing/pausing/skipping tracks from while sitting down), etc...

I don't have any info on laptop stands, as I don't use one while playing.  I have my kit running into a desktop sitting next to me, though.

However, I do have a phone mount.  My band uses an app for set lists, so I bought this to connect my phone:

It's a very solid mount, it allows for a good angle for the phone and it closes to a nice tight fit.  I mount it to my left crash cymbal arm.
