BTW, welcome to the forum.

I've used the Roland VH-12 with the Strike, but I've found that the top hat of the VH-12 with the GoEdrum hi-hat controller works best for me. For some reason the Alesis Strike hi-hat trigger isn't nearly as sensitive as the Roland VH-12 cymbal trigger.

I'm a bit surprised Hellfire didn't make mention of those beautiful patent posters on your wall.. very classy! If anyone knows drum equipment patents its him   ;D
