Long time Alesis drum module user from the first D4 in the early 90's; and currently using the DM10 with a DIY hybrid kit.

I'll be searching for solutions to triggering issues that I suspect are due to a dirty trigger jack or bad solder joint. Experienced this with both the DM10 and the D4, where ONE trigger input would statically and erratically trigger on its own. Threshold and/or crosstalk settings do not correct and the problem occurs with any trigger plugged into the port. Eventually, I abandon the troubled input jack. I'll be interested if anyone else has resolved this problem.
