Alesis Strike Multipad Issues

Hi There, please forgive if this has been covered elsewhere. I did a search but couldn't find anything relevant.

I have a Strike Multipad bought in '21. Has worked fine until now. The unit will not boot up when turned on. It never gets past the initial screen, The pads will light up as normal, but that's it. I have been able to get it to boot by many cycles of unplugging and re-plugging but that doesn't work when needed for a gig.

I'm trying to find out what the core issue might be and how to fix it if it is fixable. Any help on this is appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum !

It is more than likely the SD Card has failed or is failing and is reaching the end of it's Read/Write cycles.
The Firmware operates separately with the SD Card being the File system/Samples so the SMP will eventually power,lights work etc etc on go through the menus..they will just be empty.
