I visited GC and the Strata Prime is in stock..boxed up and not allowed to be unboxed or displayed until March 19.
The GC I was at is having an In Store Clearance Sale for the STRIKE Pro SE at $1999.99.

EDIT:
Their Store site still shows Back-Ordered...but I seen at least 5-6 boxed on the Floor...so they may have just come in.

I was going to say Alesis was very coordinated with the release of the new Strata Prime. From what I say the videos were/are very impressive. The only thing that I saw as a small issue is possibly the load times between kits. Other than that it looks like it might be a winner. Only time will tell.

I had a look at the manual and I have to say I'm really impressed! The "Stack" function looks very powerful. Having up to 3 different instruments on one zone is really cool. That will really help with players wanting their own personal sound. Of course that's assuming players actually use the function. I've got a feeling that most users are not going to understand how this is used to make custom sounding instruments.

Inmusic confirmed, editor for Strata Prime Module to imports multilayering and round robin is in the works and will be released once it's finished.

3rd triggers preset are available for triggers pad ATV, ROLAND, YAMAHA but no preset for the hihat for others manufactures, only 2 Alesis hihats.

New FAQ's page.

I don't see this feature in the current BFD Player v1.2...so there may be another BFD Player update coming.

Are all sounds and kits edited directly on the Prime module?

While kits can be created and samples can be edited on the module itself, you can also create and import preset kits and samples using the BFD Player!

So would it work with the hihat from the strike pro se?
