I received the same notification a couple days ago and just shook my head...Alesis will cause massive confusion as the STRIKE Lineup was known for importing Multi-Velocity Wav Samples....it is the DM10 debacle all over again....how many more versions of the same Nitro Module are there going to be?..currently 6..with different names on them or a different color (Red)..same Module..some have different Firmware.
The Medeli DD650 Re-Brands all over again..(Command,Crimson,Crimson II,DM10 MKII Studio,Forge)

This is a Re-Branded/Re-Packaged Nitro Max Kit...same kit 1 more Cymbal..with Zildjian logo on the old 10" single zone cymbals..Not the New 10" Design included with the Nitro Ultimate(s) which have a choke strip..same Exact Module..which already has BFD/ Zildjian samples..Strike Max Module may have different samples..unknown without an actual User Guide to compare sounds..However..same exact specs for both modules...A FREE copy of the New Zildjian Session Kit for BFD Player is included.

I see it is Guitar Center Exclusive..However it is also listed in The InMusic Store along with a FAQ page and a disclaimer...

Alesis Drums product page is now up  Strike Max.
The Downloads page has errors ..."404.Oops! This page is out of sync.".....will compare User Guides/Sounds when available.

I see a lot of confusion about the New Zildjian pack...it is Not a Cymbal Pack..

The New Zildjian Session Expansion is actually a TAMA Starclassic (Bubinga) Kit...w (4) Zildjian Cymbals.

I added link for the Nitro MAX Module for comparison.....you'll see they are the same.

Looks like they are going to push the New "Zildjian Partnership" to the Max..pun intended.

Look for silk screened Zildjian Logos to start appearing on everything...not going to make them any better...

Grab some Gold paint and make a Zildjian Stencil....
