Alesis Drums Strata Core | Freezing on Power Up

Alesis has identified an issue with some of the earliest Strata Core modules that may cause the module to intermittently freeze during power up. Fortunately, we have a fix in place with firmware update v1.2.1 that can correct this and any filesystem problems stemming as a result of the failed power up.

Added user data backup and restore functionality.(ie User Kits/Presets - Import/Export)

Improvements
Resolved an issue where hi-hat bow and bell zone hits would sometimes be choked.
Resolved an issue where Easy Mode Mixer faders would affect the kick.
Resolved an issue where samples occasionally wouldnt play when loaded with certain presets.
Resolved an issue where the Easy Mixer Mode Pan slider changes were not reflected in the Advanced Mixer Mode.
Resolved an issue where the module would occasionally crash when shutting down.

Alesis Strata CORE

The v1.4 update introduces a range of enhancements designed to improve workflow, creativity, and overall performance.

The new Jam Mode brings new flexibility for practice and experimentation with looping, adjustable start and end points, and time stretch and pitch shift controls. Audio waveform visualization is now included for more precise editing, and the improved audio file browser makes it faster and easier to find and load tracks.

This update also addresses a number of features to ensure a smoother playing experience, from resolving dropped hits when using the metronome, to fixing file access issues with external media after reconnecting, and removing unsupported file types from appearing in the Jam tracks browser.

NOTE:
v1.4.0 and v1.4.1..the Module stopped scanning Data Base/SD Card at startup...you will lose Custom Kits/Kit Pieces,Presets etc.
Updates should Not require User backup before updating...only prior to performing a Factory Reset.
Reverted back to v1.3.3..Kits/Presets etc reappeared.
If you lost your kits/Presets etc..and revert back to v1.3.3..perform a User backup...then update
If you performed a Factory Reset after updating to v1.4.0 to fix the choke  issues etc or v1.4.1..you erased User Info and reverting will not restore your User Kits/Presets etc.

RECOMMENDATION:
If the Module is connected to Wi-Fi you will receive an Auto Notice for OTA Updates/Downloads available...cancel and perform a User Backup prior to installation.
