Superior Kick is too quiet

Hello.

The issue I am facing is that when using my e-kit (Alesis DM10) through Superior Drummer 2.0 Reaper or FL Studio, the entire kit works and maps wonderfully except the kick. Why should I do in Superior, or the midi settings to fix this?

The setup is the follwing, a DM10 hooked up with either MIDI, or USB to PC creates the same result.

The clock, and sampling rate is not a variable nor the ability to properly map the corresponding instruments.

I have made adjustments in real-time monitoring so my drummer can hear the kick and have literally push the level to 12, and in the DAW to +19db creating auto-cutoff triggers that will shut the VST off because of the loudness.  I do not want to damamge my gear so the solution I'm looking for is in how to
a) properly map the DM10 for Superior Drummer 2.0
b) bring the level of the kick up significantly.

Other eliminated variables are the e-kit alone, isolated from the pc - it sounds fine and has not triggering issues.
Cables, patch cables, midi cable and usb cables - all brand new.
PC has 0 latency issues.

I'm guessing this is a set-up issue with Superior or general midi settings.
