Alesis Strike Pro Module Issue

I am looking for some help trying to fix my Alesis Strike Pro module. Sounds are triggering inconsistently (muffling/ volume changes). Ive tried a factory reset, firmware update, new cables, and new pads. I've attached a video showing the issue. Thanks for the help.
