Headphones all of a sudden only come out of right ear

Unsure why all of a sudden my headphones only play out of the right ear piece, Alesis Crimson 2 module??

Have you tried them with another device? Determine if it's the phones or the module first

What's your overall set up?
(I've had that happen with my Roland Go Mixer Pro. They warn you of that if you open your recording application before you connect the Go Mixer.)
