I've noticed 2000 watt is the new place to be for drum amps. Simmons came out with a similar one about a month or so ago:

I have been seeing a few of these released.
inMusic owns the HEADRUSH and ALTO Trademarks.
The HeadRush FRFR-112 and the ALTO TS312..are identical to the STRIKE AMP 12

Saw the video, looks nice. 2000 watts, seems brutally loud.. may wanna go for a pair so you can have 4000 watts in stereo?

This may be worth checking out for me.  I currently use a Behringer Eurolive F1220D as my on-stage monitor.  It's got a 12" speaker inside also, but I've noticed that the bass distorts a bit at higher volumes.  I don't think it's necessarily designed to be a drum amp, but it does work as a monitor for me on stage.  Our PA is a dual Bose L1 system, so it more than makes up for it.  I don't complain since I didn't purchase it, but I may pick one of these up for home use at the very least!

Anyone get these yet?  I've read mixed reviews.  I tossed my Simmons DA200s.  I blew the sub twice.

It seems pretty well reviewed. I had looked for some time and felt I would have went with the Simmons DA2012B. Cheaper and had more features and from what I can see, equally well reviewed.
But you're probably turned off from Simmons now I'd imagine.

While none of them have 2000 watts, there are also some good powered speakers in that $300-$400 range.

I didn't buy anything since most of the time I'll just use my headphones and, sadly, I have no one to jam with.

Note...  it's 2000w PEAK, not RMS... which is at 1000w.  Still better than the 200w of my old Simmons.  I think I'm going to get the Alto.   It's on sale at GC and is now about $150 less than Alesis.  They are identical units... it appears.

My friend bought one and from what he told me is very happy with it. But due to lockdown I can't go check it out as I also want one.

He was mainly comparing to the HeadRush because it is advertised at $50.00 cheaper.

The only difference when I compared the 3 was that I seen mentioned elsewhere the Alto TS312 has a mic preamp... HeadRush  Volume Knobs go to 11...
I haven't yet seen or read anyone knowing for sure if the STRIKE AMP 12 was voiced specifically for drums and not the Alto..

It's a copy/paste in the Gearpage forum with a back and forth between Guitarists and multiple reps from Inmusic on differences...but it looks like the typical "scripted" responses.The ALTO is "Voiced for DJ/PA".and mic preamps..so the rep states..

Good post Chaser.  Where did you find this info?  I'm pretty good at finding and analyzing detail, but couldn't find.  I did purchase the Alto.  Price point was too difficult to pass up.   If it performs, I'll buy a 2nd to go stereo.

Glad you mentioned it...I double checked and it seems The specs I had from a year or 2 ago when they came out (before any specs or user guides) are different than in the user guides..
I checked the info against the user guides and they are all the same

I have no clue what these specs belong to now..where I got them or if something changed.. I'll have to do some checking..

For what it's worth, I did end up buying a Strike Amp 12 about this time last year.  I've used it at home, and as a stage monitor behind my kit.  It has made a HUGE difference.  It has an amazing, clear sound with tons of low end that will shake a room.  Even if I'm not using it on stage as a monitor, I have it connected directly to my module, and it gives some "directionality" to the sound, meaning, there are drum sounds coming from the general area of the drums, not just the PA. 

I highly recommend it, and I'm seriously considering getting a second one for stereo sound, or just to leave one in our rehearsal room and keep one at home.  I've not been disappointed by it yet!

I ended up getting a 2nd Alto.  Haven't played them together yet, as I was waiting for new patch cables.

As per the specs, too bad the 12" doesn't go lower, but I'm sure it'll be fine.  I did notice some clipping at one point and realized I needed to set the volume dial to 0 db.  It only clipped a few times before I realized I needed to turn it down.
