Alesis DM10 USB MIDI Error on Windows 10

As simple as the title says... My Alesis DM10 doesn't work with Windows 10, I haven't tried plugging it to other version of Windows so I don't know about that.

What I already did is reset the module to factory settings and updated the firmware (all files in there, boot, app, triggers, sound rom) with no luck. I do have an error code from Device Manager, it says "The device cannot start. (code 10)".

I bought this from a guy that doesn't really use the USB MIDI to trigger VSTs so he doesn't know anything on the what the problem is and can't help. I also tried turning off my anti-virus and Windows Defender to no avail.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is, are you sure your USB cable is good?

Yes, I am sure cause it works perfectly fine with other PC
