So ; The Question is ... How to set up the forementioned kit-pieces ; Concerning a Alesis Trigger IO and a Roland FD-8 Hi-Hat Controller / Pedal and a Roland CY-5 Hi-Hat Cymbal Pad ? How to do the routing of the Cords / Hardware, as well as programming the Trigger IO - module ?

NEED HELP, ASAP .

Standard procedure..connect HH cymbal to the HH input...HH Pedal to Pedal Input.
You can calibrate the Hi Hat Pedal under X-Talk.The Roland HH Pedal Range will be different from Alesis.
Adjust trigger settings to playing style etc..TriggerIO inputs are a little hotter for some Manufacture's triggers so you'll have to adjust accordingly.
Set the MIDI Channels/Notes to match the software/VST you are using.

NOTE: For a hi-hat pedal, the X-Talk function is used as a Calibration function. This allows you to calibrate the
pedal for optimum performance. If a hi-hat pedal is selected, you will see ?CAL? displayed on the screen. You
can adjust the calibration manually or you can let the Trigger IO adjust it automatically by leaving the pedal in
the up position and pressing up value and down value buttons simultaneously. This will automatically
calibrate the pedal.
