BFD3 No Drum Error after first install

So I finally pulled the trigger on getting BFD3.

I paid, downloaded the required files. Installed BFD3, ran the library download installer via the license program (4 hours!)

The program sees a few things, but when I try to attach kits etc, there are no drums found, per the error. The problem seems that the paths will only lead to the groove folders and not the audio. The audio kits are there, I can see each folder which have files in there. I re-ran the library installer and it checked all audio files which passed 100%. Running out of patience here

may have resolved this. I found a play button in the license file software, it seems to be loading the library (again? not sure)

Guess time will tell :s
