Dear fellow eDrummers,

I have an Alesis Nitro Max kit pimped up with Nitrohat, so I could use the hihat with a real hihat stand.
I also upgraded the kickdrum stand to the Millennium MPS-850 and for a better rebound  a cajun Gibaltar beater and Tama IronCobra pedal. So far so good.  :)

I'm also thinking about the eDRUMin 12 module upgrade to be able to use its positional triggering capabilities for the drums with Ezdrummer3. I'd like to hear some NitroMax-Edrumin user inputs (if there's any) if it's possible with the Nitro's drums out of the box. (Based on my research it is!)

Also I would also like to use multiple zoned metallic cymbals and upgrade the rubber pads which has more realistic cymbal rebound:
3zone ride: https://www.ebay.com/itm/227029230673
2 zone crash: https://www.ebay.com/itm/225877975001
Hh: https://www.ebay.com/itm/325887405872

But I'm unsure, whether this all a bit too much, and I should rather invest a higher-shelf kit from Alesis or a 2nd hand Roland, or just by a cheap acoustic kit and do the e-kit conversion with eDRUMin by myself.  ;D

If anyone has a similar Frankenstein kit with NitroMax and/or experience with eDRUMin modules or Goedrum cymbals , I would be super grateful to hear all the plus and cons around it!  ::)

Thank in advance,
Tibi
