Want to see if anyone else has shared a similar experience with the Strata Prime module. Purchased the kit 3 weeks ago, got it setup, updated everything, was working great for 3 days and then the touchscreen on the module died. Module still works and displays properly, but screen is completely unresponsive to touch which makes most of its functions inaccessible.
After a few days of troubleshooting and then 2 weeks of dealing with Alesis (inmusic) support they are going to replace the module, calling it a "touchscreen failure".
I'm happy they are willing to just replace the whole module since it was clearly a manufacturing issue, but they informed me the module is backorder and would likely be several months to replace. SEVERAL MONTHS....
Being that this is their newest and top tier flagship module does this seem like a reasonable time frame to replace a defective module?
Just interested in anyone else's experiences with Alesis support, or with the stability of this module.
I apologize if that was a seemed like a rant.
