There is not a lot of Notation apps just for drums..There are some popular ones like Notion  but I don't believe there's a drum section..
Check out DrumToolz ..it's just for drums..

It looks like Musescore can handle drum notation: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/drum-notation and it's free!
