Hi all, firstly, not a drummer. I have an SR-16 & 18, and a Boss DR-01s.
Played in a Pub Rock band for a good many years as a mediocre rhythm guitarist sharing vocals, now have joined a 'shed' group and learning Bass. Our eldest guitarist is mid eighties and battling Parkinsons, the others are mostly beginner guitarists (which is why I'm taking on the Bass). We enjoy our music but could do with a metronome (that does't sound like a metronome) to help with timing.
So what I'm interested in is identifying some basic patterns that would cover most of the music we play, or a list of songs with patterns assigned to them. Either or a bit of each would be a great help and greatly appreciated.
