P.A Sounds System Like Trash!!

Hi fellow drummer, I have this Powered Mixer Yamaha EMX660 with 2Pcs 15" Speaker 300 watts, I have SD3 as VSt pluged to my Audio Interface Beringer UMC204hd and using AlesisDM10 still I cannot succeed to sounds to my liking as my headphone its sounds trash. Is theire anything I'm need to crank?? will I did all in my Mixer.. or do I need to mix it with compression?? I only play on minimal volume not loud..or do I need Monitoring system thing??sorry Newbie from this stuff..! I Attached some of my gear.

I order my Beringer UMC204hd yesterday, to my Alesis DM10 MK2 pro kit.
