Every detail of the Alesis Strata Core has been designed to provide a responsive and natural experience for intermediate and experienced drummers. The Strata mesh heads are fully adjustable, the 360-degree ARC cymbals react like acoustic cymbals, and the Active Magnetic hi-hat pedal guarantees flawless precision and responsiveness.

Features :The shellsA dual-zone snare drum with independent head-triggered sounds (rim click and rim shot), accompanied by 8?/8?/10? dual-zone toms and an 8? bass drum pad provide a comfortable playing surface, compatible with all varieties of single and double pedals. The tension of the mesh heads can be adjusted to your preference for optimum bounce and expressiveness. Unwanted ?hotspots? on the heads are eliminated thanks to our patented anti-hotspot sensor design (U.S. Patent 9,424,827).
New ARC cymbalsThe Strata Core's ARC cymbals are extremely sensitive, with a finely chiselled surface. The three cymbals - the 14? ride and the two 12? crashes - are triple-zone, with different sounds triggered on the bell, arch and rim of each cymbal. They are 360-degree responsive, allowing them to be played across their entire surface, and they fit on standard acoustic cymbal arms, allowing them to move and react in a natural way. All cymbals are equipped with double-edged sensors (patent pending) and offer incredible expressiveness without the need to adjust your technique.
The hi-hatThe 12" hi-hat is the world's first controller mounted on an active magnetic foot. Like the cymbals, it features an extremely sensitive 360? triple-zone playing surface. Magnetic position detection ensures that pedal movements are translated with extraordinarily high resolution, meaning that the non-contact controller is unrivalled in its precision. Its active technology is powered directly from the PRIME module; no additional power adapter is required. This hi-hat can be played with a wide variety of hi-hat stands. In short, it's a hi-hat that's extremely close to an acoustic model, with incredible sensitivity and feel!
HardwareThe Strata Core's curved steel rack is the main structure on which the toms, cymbals and module are mounted. Sturdy yet flexible, it allows the configuration to be adapted to the ideal playing position. ARC cymbals can be mounted on any pole, and the 8? bass drum pad can accommodate a single or double pedal. Crash and ride cymbals can be mounted on standard acoustic cymbal stands, without being restricted by rack supports.
