Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to obtain the free two extra kits that i heard you can claim for free if you own this kit.
thanks in advance
Welcome to the Forum !
When the
Strata CORE was originally released.it was on the
Alesis website and included the BFD Player and Core Library along with a Special Version of Dark Mahogany..so that was probably the (2) you heard about.They were also included as promos with Special Edition Drum Kits
Strata CORE has since been migrated to the
alesisdrums website
I don't believe that promo is still available..and now
BFD Player is available for FREE to everyone and there is a New Licensing System.(InMusic Software Center)
If you purchased the Strata CORE during the Initial release period you would see Downloads/Serial Numbers available under your Alesis account.(which has been migrated to an InMusic Profile) for BFD Player + Core Library and Dark Mahogany which would then refer to downloading/Installing the InMusic Software Center.
"Software: Free BFD Player + Core and Dark Mahogany expansion packs
Free 90-day subscription to Drumeo"If you are reffering to additional Expansion Libraries for Strata CORE..there aren't any and haven't been any.
The Module only has 1GB of Free Space which is intended for User Samples.
The Strata PRIME Module has much much more space (80GB) probably for Future Releases/Expansions as 80GB just for User Samples seems a bit much.
The Main Differences between CORE and PRIME.PRIME = 128GB..40GB Factory (Pre-loaded)..80GB User
CORE = 32GB..25GB Factory (Pre-loaded)..1GB User
The PRIME Module supports more Toms/Cymbals and additional Inputs.
PRIME= 4 TOMS..4 CYMBALS + AUX (3 Inputs...3 Zones Each = Additional 9 + 1 Input supports Choke)
(40) + (5) Choke Notes...45 MIDI Notes Total.
CORE = 3 TOMS..3 CYMBALS
(31) + (4) Choke Notes...35 MIDI Notes Total.
