Hello!  I have the Alesis Command X Mesh kit.  Does anyone know the part number of the kick drum head?  The head mesh is starting to come apart and I want to shop a new one online.

Alesis doesn't offer them separately so they are hard to find..especially the white SE Heads.
X series is a Guitar Center release....usually Red.
Instrumentalparts carries the Mesh Heads and have started carrying the White...they have Alesis Pt#s..prices are different from Kit to Kit for the same size head..most don't have an image.....otherwise.. the only option is to check with Alesis Support/Parts.

The Alesis are 2 Ply...there are many others offering 1,2 and 3 Ply... there are numerous sellers for Mesh Heads since the Roland Patent Expired...

Dolby Drums now offers a 4 Ply which should/will last longer however the more Ply's the louder "Acoustically"

I did reach out to Alesis.  Fortunately, it does look like the kick head is available separately, part #212040233-A for just under $30.  So I think I'm going to take that route and purchase from their parts department.  Thanks again!

For what its worth, I was replacing my mesh heads with Roland ones and they've lasted years (mind you I don't play my ekit much and I'm not a heavy hitter).. but definitely good double ply and the Canadian price was about $35
