Strike Multipad firmware v1.4

Hello, everyone. New to the forum and to Alesis. Waiting on my Strata Prime so I'm playing around with the Strike Multipad (received about 2 weeks ago). I noticed at boot up the firmware is version 1.4, but Alesis' site only shows 1.3 as the current version. (https://www.strikemultipad.com/index.html#downloads)

Is anyone else running 1.4, and/or know where I can find the release notes?

I was asked about this awhile back as I know a band member that purchased another SMP for a back up and asked about it.
I sent a question to InMusic Support...to date..still No response..

Alesis is now integrated into the InMusic System..any Product updates are also supposed to appear under your Profile so you don't have to search through all of the sites etc.
I do Not show any updates/downloads for the STRIKE Multipad in my InMusic Profile..the InMusic Software Center..and the Product website hasn't been updated since 2024...nor a Change log anywhere.
It wouldn't be the 1st time Alesis had updated hardware at the Factory without releasing the New Firmware.
The Samplepad and other products have been updated a few times and the New Updated Firmware was Never released..

I have been expecting the Multipad to be moved to the https://www.alesisdrums.com/ website.
All of the other Machines/Multipad products have been moved..other than a link to the STRIKE Multipad site..it still hasn't happened..

I tried another avenue...here is the response..

I have reviewed our database's official website, and it appears that there is indeed no firmware version 1.4 available; the latest version is 1.3.
However, since you are showing on your screen that you are currently on firmware version 1.4, I will escalate this issue internally to our dedicated team for further review and investigation. Once I have more information, I will get back to you.

I did..a few days ago , however they requested something I can't provide....to confirm if any internal components had been changed...

I don't have a v1.4 SMP to open up and check with the other (3) SMP I have..and I wouldn't know where to even start looking..
probably a New main Board as I have 2 SMP with that problem.
One doesn't recognize the SD Card..and the other won't power On..
it appears v1.4 didn't add any New Features.

I trust you are doing well. As I promised, I'm returning with some information from our dedicated team.

​It appears that there was probably a modification in an internal component, which necessitated an alternative firmware.
There shouldn't be any features linked to version 1.4, and users with earlier versions will not be able to upgrade to 1.4.

Could you please confirm if there was any modification to an internal component after which a firmware update was carried out?
