Love the bass drum.  Read about it previously, like seeing it in action.  Must be a subdued venue you're playing; no need for wire mesh to deflect the errant thrown bottles from piercing the cone.  ;D
DM10 Studio 2011, BBII mesh conversion w/ resistors left in place, Simmons DA200S, ProMark 7A nylon, Sennheiser HD280 headphones, Gibraltar rack, Camco double pedal.

Note the sacrificial bass player strategically positioned to shield me from all hurled objects....

I am using it just for practice and use a pair of Tritton 720 Gaming Headphones! I used these headphones to play Halo for a long time and they sound GREAT hooked up to my DM10. I tried running it through my Raven amp, but it sounded like crap!

I use AKG K44 V2 headphones, which I ordered with the kit. Cost 24 euros (about 35 dollars) as I was reluctant to buy studio-grade (60 euros and up) headphones for home practice. They sound great!  ...for their price, of course.

I use a single  powered JBL PA speaker (I have two but for a small room one is plenty loud), I think a small venue can easily be covered by two if no PA space was available but I usually send one to the front and use the second one as a monitor for both band and myself.
for headphones I got a $10 dll pair Coby that work surprisingly well, I am considering the skullcrushers $70 since they have excellent bass response, (it actually is vibration which simulates the bass but most of us can't tell the difference) kind of like the buttkicker no sound but you feel like the bass drum is thundering everytime you hit it. that in turn prevents hearing damage which is  another thing to like about the skullcrushers. ;)

I use the M-Audio fast track ultra as well with my Klipsch computer monitors w/subwoofer.  Allows recording with back tracks and sounds killer!

Could you look at the DM Phones thread and post your review of them???
I am curious.

Audio Technica Ath-M50 Isolation headphone and a 240W Behringer Keyboard amp.

The cans don't have quite the isolation of the Vics or the Ultraphones but sound so much better at about 10 times the comfort level.

The Behringer gives amazing boom for the buck, plus tons of built in effects.

With my Roland RH-300V, perfect sound and keeps the noice from the pads out.
I recomend them with any DM10-moduls.

Since my last post, I bought the Alesis DRP 100, $49.00, Great headphones, if you are used to a lot of bass (i.e Beats , or Skullcandy Skull Crushers ...much better than beats), you will find the DRP100's to be lacking bass, as a matter of fact you will find them very flat which makes them perfect for monitoring drums ( or any other instrument for that matter). at $49.00, you really can't pass them up, I ignored the reviews about the bad cable and not working since I can fix anything on headphones and just so happens that after all these years they haven't failed me.... back to the headphones... They provide the best balance in between clarity (for low notes) and not extremely shrilly for high notes. I did try multiple other headphones (all over ear because you should never try to monitor with earbuds save some in-ears which are not the same as earbuds, the only other headphones that I liked were the Sony Playstation headphones, when they were not powered, I guess the drivers are big enough and they sounded great.

I use a set of Shure SE215 Sound Isolating Earphones run through a little mixer (same as when I play my acoustic kit).  For the price, they've got good range and are very comfortable...

I use an Alesis JamDock

https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B001T9O5UC/ref=dp_olp_0?ie=UTF8&condition=all

The Headphone out goes to a pair of KZ AS10 in ears

The left out goes to my amp

I use a Simmons DA200 But had to replace the sub and it is not a standard 12 speaker so I had to do a bit of router work.

The line out of the Simmons amp goes to the sound man

I was using a pair of Panasonic active noise cancelling headphones for about 6 yrs and they were great.. except having to change out batteries for the noise cancellation.. but my stepson had at one point broken one of the wires.. fixed that, then just recently the earpads started shredding.. I would have spent 20 bucks and a lot of time searching for replacement pads and a sale came on some Audio Technica ATH-M30X sound isolating headphones for 100 bucks and they're awesome.. good bass, comfortable, loud AF.. loving them and they have a super long this cord, like easily 10ft, and a nice screw on 1/4" plug adapter, gold plated.. they fold up, came with a nice carrying bag.. decent set for the price I suppose
