Current generation BLE MIDI/USB interface gadgetry. Wow.

Greetings, all.
Amid my ongoing retirement Frankenkit project, Christmas brought me two inexpensive bluetooth midi ("WIDI") gadgets from CME-Pro; a BLE 5.3 Tx/Rx and a USB midi merger & host device
that, once I wrap my head around it all...

purportedly, and quite apparently from first try,
can marry my old Boss GT10 midi floor pedals (living room mini-arena, trip dmx lights, audio samples...) a thrift store treasure 90s Casio workstation synth with usb midi only,
and the oft-noted bastard child DM Dock, and a Titan50 module,

all to a Frankendell e6420 laptop DAW.

The tale is as long as my Rube Goldberg & Harley Peavey & Dante AOIP signal chain/s.

TLDR, you kids might look into it for connecting odd midi bits to your e-kit studios. I will report my results as appropriate.
Film at eleven.
