Looking for some input for the next kit after I move up from my Crimson ll SE...
At 65 I decided it was time to pick up the drums again and started to take lessons and play at church.
The kit there is a PDP Concept Maple (18" bass, one ride tom and two floor toms).
At home I am using my Crimson ll for practice. Been watching videos on TD-27KV2, Strata Prime and EFNote 5X.
There is a chance that I'll give my Crimson ll to the church to see if it sounds better than the accoustic kit. We have a new digital sound system.
Would love to hear what y'all think based on your experience. No rush here...
