Alesis Parts; DM5
« on: November 15, 2009, 07:00:44 PM »
My old DM5 has a rotary encoder that is going bad, the output is very noisy causing the selection to jump forward and back in a random fashion making it near impossible to set it up. I have sent several email to Alesis but they are never given any response and before I call them I thought I'd check to see if anyone here new of another source for parts. BTW I have tried cleaning the encoder to within an inch of it's life to no avail.

Thanks
Don
