alesis strata prime - endless issues - no support

hello alesis

this is my third mail to you and my last one , i am using firmware 1.1.
my strata prime is 1 week old and i cannot play on it at all , base drum and tom's does not respond , also when playing base drum + ride cymbal  , the base drum stop playing at all 

the module freezes for 30 sec + , another thing is the hihat suddenly play only close hihat and when i restarts the module it returns to play well.


i am not the only one that  having a problems ,  its global , this is the flagship of the company !!!customer dont need to setup this kit and start to dial in to resolve endless issues .

its not that i am trying to make something better , i cannot play the kit at all.
i just want to know do you are aware of the issues this kit have  , is there a firmware on the way because firmware 1.1 does not fix anything ....
i have a lot of issues that i did not mention here , its endless .....
do you know that you have an issue that is global with the strata prime ?

do you have a firmware update? That addresses the issues ?
here is a link you can see that explains the triggering issue , please look at the 16:45this review also shows that the issues are solved when connecting a different brand module ,but the issues remain if connecting alesis module to another E-kit brand !!
