MKii Pro snare trigger “board”
« on: June 09, 2021, 11:48:17 PM »
Does anyone know where you can order a replacement PCB that’s inside the snare? The little board the piezo’s attach to?
Can you order replacements of those?

Thanks,
J

Alesis only...submit a parts inquiry or if under warranty, try a warranty claim as Alesis rarely if ever shipped out the internal parts.
They would just arrange or send a replacement. That is if you get a response.I recently had an issue with one of the modules I purchased new and after a scripted answer which had nothing to do with the issue I was asked to submit "Proof of Purchase" which I did..then no response for 2 weeks , then I was sent a survey for customer service...I gave them something to read..

I was thinking, would the PCB in the snare be the same as the PCB in a dual zone tom? Seems that they would do the same thing, just send the signal to the tomX input.
I can get extra toms for not too much, and was thinking of buying a set of a few. A couple to add extra toms to my kit, and some spare parts.

Do you know if the tom PCB's are the same?
