First try at recording my Alesis strike pro kit

Hi everyone.
I decided to take a break from gigging locally about 12 months ago after many years of it but although I had an old Td6 at home for practice found myself missing drumming but still not wanting to gig.
Until that is,  I took the plunge and invested in a strike pro kit.
Can't leave them alone ! Fantastic piece of kit that has renewed my drumming interest.
Had my first go at recording the other day.  Just plugged straight into the laptop via a little usb interface, using audacity free software and played along to a drumless muse track,  Hysteria.    https://youtu.be/GllttHaclYg
First play through it,  with plenty of mistakes and timing issues but for a first try I'm so impressed with the sound.

nicely done.  The sounds in the strike really are exceptional.  And the ability to put even better sounds in is great too.  It gets better and better the deeper you go.
