Hi there. I bought a Sample Pad Pro half a year ago with firmware 2018 - 1.0.21
Currently it has faults with the up and down buttons. They stopped working a few days after buying it and from time to time they fix themselves.
Has anyone had similar problems with this device?
Why did it come with a firmware from 2018 while on the Alesis page there is only one from 2015 for download?
