DM10 Firmware Downgrade?
« on: March 07, 2018, 09:40:58 PM »
Hi everyone.

I've had my DM10 for some time now, and it was playing beautifully until I updated the module with the 2014 updates. Now the hi hat chick sound is very strange. I've gone through every procedure (Hi-Hat Calibration, curve and trim adjustments, re-initialize, factory reset, diagnose cable, etc.) As I understand it, others have had this same issue and downgrading firmware is what solved the problem.

So, my question is: does anyone have any of the old files so I can downgrade?

Thanks so much.

The updates you installed from 2014...were from 8/05/201?..or 9/22/2014?
I think the issue for the chick problem was in the 8/05/2014 update..and corrected with the v1.03 sound rom

I believe the most current updates were from 9/22/2014 and fixed everything...check your module and see what versions you have.
I think there was also a trigger version v1.01a ( 8/05/2014)  that was replaced with v1.00a (9/22/2014).
