ROLAND TD713

The V-Drums 7 Series opens a dynamic new chapter in the V-Drums legacy, elevating the world?s leading electronic drums with a reimagined sound module, next-generation pads, and enhanced creative tools. Our latest flagship platform gives you two ways to play: a core onboard sound library created in collaboration with Drum Workshop (DW) and DW Soundworks software for computer-based drumming. And with built-in wireless connectivity and Roland Cloud Connect on your smartphone, you can instantly change up your sound with a growing library of V-Drums Instrument Expansions, Kit Packs, and more.

The TD713 delivers V-Drums 7 Series performance in a streamlined electronic kit with the expandable V71 module and our latest pads. The PD-14DSX takes our digital snare technology to the next level with even more detailed sensing, a snare throw-off lever, and a snare tension knob. The KD-12 kick pad offers a satisfying feel and a compact profile for easy placement. Completing this expressive kit are our acclaimed digital hi-hat and ride pads, four PDX-100 tom pads, two V-Cymbals, and the MDS-GND2 stand.

The V71 is the deepest and most advanced sound module we?ve ever produced. The famous hands-on V-Drums workflow remains, but everything else has been overhauled, rebuilt, and refreshed. Ultra-powerful DSP and greatly expanded waveform memory unlock a universe of creative expression never before possible. Preset changes, sound edits, and mix adjustments are smoother and faster than ever, thanks to the vivid color display, updated workflow features, tactile controls, and ergonomic panel layout.

Add your own sounds.

Sometimes, you need specific sounds to support an artist on tour. Or maybe you rely on a personal sample collection to reinforce your acoustic drums in studio productions. The module?s sample import function makes it easy to customize your palette and build any sound you can imagine. Each pad assignment provides three layers that can include any combination of internal sounds or external samples.

Go even deeper with the V71 Editor.

V-Drums users have long requested a software-based editor, and now it?s here. Available as a free download on Roland Cloud, the V71 Editor extends your editing workflow with a large computer screen and mouse control. It works seamlessly with the onboard V-Edit tools, and your instrument changes are instantly reflected in both the module and editor software.

Wireless freedom.

The V71 features a built-in Roland wireless adapter that links with your network, letting you access sound content directly via the Roland Cloud Connect app on a mobile device. Bluetooth audio/MIDI is also available, allowing you to jam with songs on your phone, play along with video lessons, wirelessly record MIDI in music software, and more.

All the connections you need.

The V71 rear panel offers balanced outputs for professional audio connections, including XLR and 1/4-inch stereo main outputs and eight 1/4-inch direct outputs. Three high-speed trigger inputs support our advanced digital pads, while 14 analog trigger inputs offer full compatibility with standard V-Pads. There?s also a stereo mix input?perfect for blending in an external instrument such as an SPD series percussion pad?plus an assignable footswitch jack and an SD card slot for data backup, sample import, audio file playback, and recording.

Multi-channel audio and MIDI.

Use the module?s integrated USB audio/MIDI interface to communicate with DW Soundworks, the V71 Editor, and other music software. And capture up to 32 audio channels in your DAW over a single cable. Traditional MIDI I/O is also available to connect with all types of MIDI hardware.
