Hello fellow members! I'm hoping you can help me with this problem I'm having: a friend of mine wants to use his SamplePad Pro to record MIDI through the USB port and we're having a strange problem. We tried it in two different computers with Windows 10 and even though all the VSTs and DAWs recognize the device, the computer doesn't recieve any MIDI messages from the octapad. I updated the firmware to the last version and it didn't solve the problem. It seems to be a problem with the OS because I tried it with a different computer that has Windows 7 and works fine in that one.
So basically I wanna know if there's any SamplePad Pro owner that can help me clarify this, I haven't found anything about it online, though when you enter the official Alesis page for the device it lists Win 7 and 8 as the required OS, without mention of Windows 10.
