So, 3 1/2 years ago I started with an Alesis Surge Mesh Kit(because of budget and small space)to see if I could still keep time(haven't played acoustic's in years)and within 2 minutes I was keeping perfect time(Sweet!)so I wound up keeping it(I was going to return it if I couldn't). My interest in the beginning was what the Modules could do as opposed to what VST's could do. Since then I bought a DM10, Roland TD-6V, TD-9v2, Pearl Redbox, TD-8 and The Strike Module(I know, I know, the Redbox and TD-8 are redundant but I could help myself)but I got some really great deals on most them. I am currently using the Strike(main module)with the Redbox and the TD-8 through a mixer. I now have BFD3(still learning-oof!). I prefer to research as much as possible so I'd hope I would never have to ask but I know that's what the Forum(and you all) are there for. Thank you so much for all that you contribute to the Forum! I'll pose my questions in the proper part of the Forum when I get a chance.
