DM Pad14R 1 output or 2?
« on: March 06, 2018, 05:40:24 AM »
I bought the Alesis DM10 MKll Studio Kit a week ago and a few days ago I bought a Strike module to go with it. The 1st thing I noticed on the Strike module was the 2 inputs for the ride cymbal. I checked mine and it only had a single output but it IS a triple zone ride. So anticipating that this triple zone ride won’t work I bought another new one.  Well when it arrived today it too only has 1 output. I have searched the internet over and everything I read the triple zone ride should have 2 outputs. I ordered a 16" tonight and am keeping my fingers crossed. I confirmed I do in fact have all 3 zones on my kit as is but I’m not sure it will work on the Strike. Did Alesis make a new design or what? Anyone else have a triple zone ride with a single output?

The triple zone ride of the DM10X uses the two cables as well, and is 16", so I'd bet the one you just ordered will have the two outputs for you.
