Surge and Command Mesh Kits

Got an Email about these today. Didn't see a post about them when I searched. Not too bad of a price. Heck, even if you needed new pads and cymbals for your existing kit.

I was thinking the same thing. Nice price for a pack of new pads and rack pieces. I'm actually kicking around the idea of grabbing one to just add on to my kit - module and all. And if I decide I don't like the module I'd have to cough up a bit more for a MIDI I/O, I guess. That or find a used DM10 module and TRS male ends for the crazy proprietary cable snake they use nowadays.

After seeing that all of the new Alesis kits (except the Strike kits) have those cable snake in one plugin type of thing, I started looking at them all to find a new Alesis module that uses individual Triggers Inputs. I couldn't find one until I looked at the Strike kits, which both use the killer new Strike module.
