DM6 DRUM TRIGGER WITH NITRO MODULE

Hi guys, new to the forum and new to E kits, not played drums for over 30 years and just purchased Nitro kit can anyone please advise if a drum pad from a DM6 will work with my nitro module, specifically the Tom 3 expansion input.

Hello. I looked at both kits as well as the DM6 Nitro on the Alesis web site and they look pretty much
the same, I would think it would work but where you put it as a tom or a snare could be something to consider. All 3 kits, the tom is a single zone, the snare is a dual zone.
I think the extra Tom input is a dual zone as well as the manual says to use a TRS cable, and that usually is a dual zone. A TS cable only allows the one zone I think. The Alesis support team can tell you for sure on the Alesis.com web site.


Nitro Kit:
8” high quality rubber drum pads (dual-zone snare, three single-zone toms)

DM6 USB Kit Pads:
 8" Dual-Zone Pad (snare)
3 DMPad 8" Single-Zone Pads (toms)
