The DM10 (Mk-I) module has a built-in tuning aid with each kit to help make the toms/etc sound in tune with the sequencer (bass & hit groups) accompaniments. It's easy to trigger selected accomp bass notes for each tom with an external Midi multipad or keyboard via Midi channel #1.
I found some drum tuning info in a Tune-bot guide (http://tune-bot.com/tunebottuningguide.pdf) and a note about the sequencer accomps in DM10 O/M (p20): "On the Accompaniment tracks, the bass notes are mapped chromatically to MIDI notes A/0 to A/3 .... which are the actual notes you are hearing the bass play".
My preferred bass notes for each tom setting are: Tom-1= 3/E, Tom-2= 3/C, Tom-3= 2/G#, Tom-4= 2/E (as in config table on p2), or you could choose another note combination from the Major thirds table.
Btw the accomp bass sound can be changed for all notes with just one voice setting change.

I've also updated the kit settings in my current DM10 Mk1-X2 Sysex file available at: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/s4g979xfpic14ok/AADhHzPvGrWXOK1HYPbdBSqga?dl=0

FYI, the Tune-bot site has some preferred kit tuning settings for various pro drummers: http://tune-bot.com/artist-tuning.html
The listed frequency settings can be converted by referring to the Appendix-B table in their Tuning guide: http://tune-bot.com/tunebottuningguide.pdf
