Suggested cymbals for DM10
« on: January 13, 2017, 02:46:42 PM »
Hi,

I'm looking for crash cymbals for my DM10, and would like to try something other than the Surge and DMPad.

What do you like (and don't like) about other brand cymbals with the DM10?  I've noticed several Realit-E cymbals on ebay - anybody use these?

Thanks in advance!

Chris.

I know they're not "other" models, but I've bought a two crashes through 682Drums and thought they were reasonably priced (came to about 100 CDN). They were the same Alesis cymbals without the branding. Then I found Pearl versions at our local Long & McQuade store, even cheaper and I didn't have to have then shipped from the Netherlands! From about 80 for the 12" and 95 or so for the 14". Don't mind the Pearl name on it.
