New to AlesisDrummer
« on: June 23, 2017, 12:02:54 PM »
Hello to all. Just wanted to introduce myself out of courtesy before asking any questions. My name is Dave, and my 17 year old son (DJ) is a 3 year drummer using a DM10 studio kit. I am wanting to help DJ get the most out of the DM10, and generally support his musical development.
My musical experience is primarily in working bands as guitar/bass/vocals. But, have also done a bit of guitar building, amp building, and home studio work.
Thanks for allowing me to participate in this forum.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will make sure to exercise due diligence searching for answers, prior to posting any questions.
As a matter of fact, I have already been doing just that for a couple weeks and so much appreciated the helpful and collaborative spirit of the forum that I decided to make it official and join.
Thanks again.

In that case Deiseldave here my official welcome  8)

DJ is a lucky kid having a cool musical father.  I wish I had been encouraged at an earlier age.
