sennheiser drummic'a and DM10 MIDI setup
« on: December 23, 2015, 07:00:04 AM »
Hello, I'm new here and new to MIDI setup so be patient with me!

I was wondering if anyone had any success setting up the DM10 with Sennheiser Drummic'a and Reaper. I've got it all working except for the fact that the MIDI mapping seems to be triggering incorrectly. e.g. open hi hat hit will play through as closed and vice versa in the DAW.
There are no ALesis presets in Drummic'a, it has presets for GM (default), V-Drums, EZ Drummer, BFD, Addictive Drums, Superior Drummer

You could change the midi on the module
Here is the midi map for Drummic'a

Here is also a large number of midi maps for Reaper (BFD , Superior,EZ Drummer Expansions, Slate..etc etc)

Brilliant thanks, I've located the manual for Drummica and (slowly) worked out how to change the midi mapping in the module. The only problem I had was the hi hat but eventually figured that out

Bit of necro but, I cant get drummica to sense anything I do. Could you explain how to import it?
