For me, the Strike goes well again the TD-50. Neither sound as good at the Mimic.

The Roland kits sound so compressed that you can even listen to the compression "swoosh" sound.
The Alesis sounds more punchy and fit for a more loud style of music.
The Pearl Mimic for a moment fooled me into thinking he was on a acoustic.
