when hitting snare and crash at the same time, i only hear crash cymbal

Hello drummers,

I'm pretty new with electronic drumkits, and have purchased a Alesis DM10 STUDIO MESH KIT.

The problem I have is when I hit the snare and the crash cymbal at the same time,  I only hear the crash and not the snare.
So instead of hearing them both, I hear one of them. Like i'm not able to hear 2 triggers at once.

Can someone help pls? Very annoying to play like that.

Check that they are not in the same mute group

Hi can you please explain what you mean by the same mute group?

I have a similar issue where I hit the ride and do a foot chick I cannot hear the hi-hat at all. No issues with the foot pedal on its own, just in tandem with the ride and it goes mute.

Use note chase to go to the snare.

press Inst key

Press F1, then F4, then F3

Turn mutegroup to off.

Repeat with crash.
